The GRACE retreat will take place in Glasgow, Scotland at the Arlington Baths between April 25-27th, 2025. Your hosts are Roberta Weber and Britt Toksvig. Please read the details below for what is and isn't included and to understand the scope of the work that will be undertaken during the retreat.
What is included in the fee: Tea, coffee, water, snacks, a light meal on Friday night and spa entrance for Saturday.
What is NOT included in the fee: Travel, accommodation or drinks AND meals not mentioned above.
The experiences planned for the retreat draw from healing modalities but it is important to understand the following:
No Medical Advice: Britt and Roberta are not providing health care treatments. This retreat is for personal development and relaxation purposes only.
Existing Medical Conditions: Participation does not replace medical advice or treatment. Do not discontinue or alter prescribed medical treatments without consulting your physician.
Disclosure: Participants are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations to Britt and Roberta prior to the retreat.
Liability: Britt and Roberta are released and held harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their participation in the retreat.
Confidentiality: All participants are bound to maintain strict confidentiality regarding information shared by other participants during the retreat.
Cancellations made before and including the early bird deadline date of March 29, 2025: Full refund, minus a £30 admin fee.
Cancellations made from March 30, 2025 up until a week prior to the retreat: 50% refund.
Cancellations made within the last week of the retreat are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled by the organisers due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the retreat fee will be issued. If there is a cancellation, the organisers are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs.
IMPORTANT: Travel Insurance: Participants travelling to Glasgow are strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any legal conflicts will be undertaken in the jurisdiction of Scotland, UK regardless of the home origin or place of purchase of the retreat.
